Account Deletion

You can delete your iDraft account at any time, from inside the iDraft app or this website. This page describes how to initiate deletion, what data is removed, and what is retained.

How to delete your account

• iDraft mobile app — sign in, then go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• iDraft website — sign in, then go to Account → Delete Account.
• By email — write to support@idraft.net from the email address on file with the subject line "Account deletion request".

What is removed

The following personal information is removed from iDraft's systems immediately when you confirm deletion:

• Display name and profile picture
• Email address (replaced with an anonymized placeholder)
• Push-notification device tokens and stored attributes
• Active session — you are signed out and your account is blocked from further sign-in

What is retained

Financial records (deposits, withdrawals, contest entries, prize payouts) are retained for tax and regulatory compliance, with all personal identifiers anonymized. This retention is required by U.S. federal tax law (IRS §6501 — 7 years) and is permitted under GDPR Art. 17(3)(b) and CCPA's legal-obligation exception.

Our authentication provider (Auth0) retains your email address post-deletion as a fraud-prevention measure: it prevents the same email from being used to register a new account in circumvention of the deletion. No personal information about you is stored or used beyond that single record.

Pre-conditions

For your protection, deletion is blocked while any of the following are true:

• Your account holds a positive cash or bonus balance — withdraw remaining funds first.
• A withdrawal is pending — wait for it to complete or fail.
• You have entries in a contest that has locked or is in progress — wait for the contest to settle.

If your remaining balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount and cannot be cashed out through the standard flow, contact support@idraft.net to resolve.

How long it takes

Deletion is immediate. A confirmation email is sent before your address is anonymized. You may take a screenshot of this page or save the email for your records.
