Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Effective Date: March 19, 2026
Welcome to iDraft. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iDraft website, applications, fantasy sports contests, and any related content, features, or services provided by iDraft LLC ("iDraft", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iDraft, creating an account, or entering any contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the site or any services.
2. Description of Service
iDraft offers free and paid skill-based daily fantasy sports contests for entertainment purposes. Contest outcomes are based on the performance of real-world athletes in actual sporting events and are governed by our posted contest rules and scoring systems.
Free contests are available to all eligible participants at no cost. Paid contests require an entry fee and offer prize pools funded by those entry fees. Success on iDraft depends on the knowledge, judgment, and skill of each participant.
3. Skill-Based Contests
iDraft contests are games of skill. Contest outcomes are driven by participant decisions, including research, player evaluation, lineup construction, and knowledge of the sport. While real-world sporting events contain inherent uncertainty, success on iDraft depends on the skill and judgment participants use in selecting players and constructing entries.
All contests on iDraft are peer-to-peer competitions. Participants compete against each other, not against iDraft. iDraft operates the platform, manages contest administration, and facilitates prize payouts but does not participate as a contestant in any contest.
4. Eligibility (Age and Location)
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or participate in iDraft. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Paid contests are not available to individuals physically located in the following states: Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), and Washington (WA). Free contests remain available in all locations. Paid contests are void where prohibited by law. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply based on your jurisdiction.
We may request information to verify your identity, age, or location and may suspend or close accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.
5. Accounts and Security
To access certain features or join contests, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at support@idraft.net if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
6. User Conduct
- You will not use iDraft for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or services.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, accounts, systems, or networks.
- You will not use automated tools (such as bots or scripts) in a way that gives you an unfair advantage or violates our rules.
- You will provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account.
- You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.
- You will not collude with other participants, share confidential lineup information during active contests, or engage in any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate contest outcomes.
- You will not engage in match-fixing, insider information abuse, or any activity that undermines the integrity of contests.
7. Contests, Rules, and Scoring
Each contest offered on iDraft is subject to its own rules, scoring system, and eligibility requirements, as described in the contest details and any applicable rules pages.
By entering a contest, you agree to be bound by the specific rules and scoring for that contest. In the event of any discrepancy between live or displayed information and the final official scoring, the official scoring and results recorded by iDraft will control.
iDraft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries, adjust scores, or modify or cancel contests where necessary to maintain fairness, address technical issues, or comply with applicable law.
8. Entry Fees and Prizes
iDraft offers both free and paid contests. Free contests do not require any payment. Paid contests, when enabled, require an entry fee, and the prize pool for each paid contest is funded by the entry fees collected from participants.
iDraft retains a service fee from eligible paid contests before the remaining amount is distributed as prizes. The applicable service fee, prize pool, payout structure, and other contest details are displayed before entry.
Prizes are awarded to participants who achieve the highest scores based on lineup or pick'em performance, as determined by iDraft's official scoring. Prize amounts, payout structures, and eligibility are specified in each contest's details before entry.
iDraft does not act as a counterparty to any contest and does not profit from the outcome of any individual participant's entry. iDraft's compensation is limited to the disclosed service fee.
9. Payment Processing
Deposits to and withdrawals from your iDraft account are processed through third-party payment providers, which may include PayPal and other processors. Paid contest features and payment functionality may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or service updates. By using paid contest features, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms of service and policies.
User funds held for contest entry and prize payouts are maintained separately from iDraft's operational funds. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the payment provider's policies and may vary.
Users may withdraw available funds from their account balance, subject to verification, fraud prevention measures, and any applicable provider requirements.
10. Contest Cancellation and Refunds
Entry fees for paid contests are non-refundable once a contest has begun.
If iDraft cancels a contest before or during play — due to game cancellations, insufficient participants, or technical failure on iDraft's part — all entry fees for that contest will be refunded in full to the affected participant's account balance or otherwise handled in accordance with iDraft's then-current payment and refund procedures.
If you believe there is an issue with your account or contest participation, please contact us at support@idraft.net so that we can review your request.
11. Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to prizes or winnings you receive through iDraft. iDraft does not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law. Where required, iDraft may issue tax reporting forms (such as IRS Form 1099) for prizes exceeding applicable thresholds. You agree to provide any information reasonably requested by iDraft to comply with tax reporting obligations.
12. Intellectual Property
The iDraft name, logo, website design, software, and all related content, features, and technology are the property of iDraft LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of iDraft without our prior written consent.
By submitting content to iDraft (such as usernames, feedback, or suggestions), you grant iDraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services.
13. Third-Party Services and Data
iDraft may rely on third-party services and data providers, including but not limited to authentication providers and sports data sources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
Scores, statistics, projections, news, and other information displayed on iDraft may be based on third-party data and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We cannot guarantee that such information will be accurate, complete, or updated in real time.
14. Third-Party Leagues, Teams, and Trademarks
iDraft uses publicly available sports data and results to power fantasy contests. iDraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional or collegiate sports league, team, player, or organization. All league names, team names, player names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
15. Responsible Participation
iDraft is intended for entertainment purposes only. Please participate responsibly and take breaks when needed. If you feel that your play is becoming problematic, please visit our Responsible Play page for tips, resources, and information on how to request a self-exclusion or account closure.
If you have any questions about how contests work, please review the contest rules or contact support@idraft.net.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iDraft LLC, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your contest participation, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all services, content, and features provided by iDraft are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that any information (including scores, statistics, or results) will be accurate, complete, or timely.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDraft LLC and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, services, or contests.
In no event shall iDraft's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount of entry fees you have paid to iDraft in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
19. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with iDraft, you agree to first contact us at support@idraft.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal proceeding. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree that any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
20. Termination and Suspension
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to iDraft, your account, or any contest if we believe you have violated these Terms, are ineligible, have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of our services or comply with applicable law.
Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account (excluding promotional credits) will be addressed in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and iDraft's then-current withdrawal procedures, unless the account was terminated for fraud or violation of these Terms, in which case iDraft reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
21. Account Inactivity
If your account remains inactive (no logins, contest entries, deposits, or withdrawals) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, iDraft may classify your account as dormant. We will attempt to notify you by email before taking any action. Dormant accounts may be subject to applicable state unclaimed property laws.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of iDraft after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
